Terms and Conditions – Lucky213 Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky213 ("Lucky213", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Lucky213 website available at lucky213.ws and all associated services, games and features offered through the platform.

By registering an account on Lucky213, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Lucky213 platform.

These Terms apply to all Lucky213 users regardless of device, location or method of access. Use of the platform via mobile browser or desktop browser is equally governed by these Terms.

To register and use the Lucky213 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky213 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of Lucky213 or any affiliated entity.
• You must be accessing the Lucky213 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not have a prior account on Lucky213 that was closed for breach of these Terms. Each person is permitted one account only.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Lucky213 reserves the right to request identity documents at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player may hold one Lucky213 account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering on Lucky213 you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid Pakistani payment method registered in your own name. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky213 account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Lucky213 will treat all actions taken through your account as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Lucky213 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

All deposits on Lucky213 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50. Lucky213 accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All payment methods used to deposit on Lucky213 must be registered in your own name. Lucky213 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, business accounts not in the player's personal name, or any unverified payment source.

Deposits are credited to your Lucky213 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Lucky213 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact Lucky213 support with proof of the transaction.

• Lucky213 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Check with your payment provider for any charges on their side.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between Lucky213 accounts under any circumstances.
• Lucky213 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Lucky213 players may request withdrawal of available balance funds at any time, subject to account verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the relevant funds.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within 2–4 banking hours. Card withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Lucky213 is Rs 200. Lucky213 does not charge a standard processing fee on withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the Lucky213 finance team and may require identity verification documents before being processed, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests exceeding standard thresholds.

Lucky213 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses and game-specific promotional rewards. All Lucky213 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time each bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each Lucky213 bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins awarded by Lucky213 expire within the timeframe specified in the individual offer. Expired bonuses are removed without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise in an offer, Lucky213 operates a one active bonus policy. A player cannot hold two active promotional bonuses simultaneously.
• Abuse Prevention: Lucky213 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account play, artificial wagering to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and use of restricted payment methods. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings confiscated and may be permanently suspended.
• Referral Bonuses: Referral programme bonuses paid to referring players are real PKR and are withdrawable subject to the referral programme terms detailed separately and in Section 8 of these Terms.

Lucky213 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or expire any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible.

All games offered on Lucky213 are governed by the individual game rules available within each game's interface, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Lucky213 uses certified random number generators for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers using physical equipment in a secure studio environment. Crash games including Aviator use a provably fair algorithm, the seed values for which are publicly verifiable after each round.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type and player account level.
• A bet is final once confirmed. Lucky213 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, Lucky213 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable bet amount. Lucky213's decision on technical disputes is final.
• Players may not use any software, tool, algorithm or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the platform. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripted betting tools and exploiting software vulnerabilities.

• A qualifying referral requires the referred person to be a genuinely new Lucky213 player (no prior account) who registers using the referrer's unique link or code and makes a qualifying first deposit.
• Self-referral, creating secondary accounts to refer to a primary account, and any other form of artificial referral generation is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Lucky213 reserves the right to investigate any unusual referral activity and to withhold referral bonuses pending investigation.
• Referral programme reward rates are subject to change with notice. Changes do not affect referrals that have already qualified prior to the change date.
• Referral bonuses credited to a player's Lucky213 balance are treated as real PKR funds and may be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method without additional wagering requirements, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky213. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using Lucky213 to deposit, wager and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
• Fraud: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or false identity documents in connection with any Lucky213 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to cheat in any Lucky213 game, particularly in live multiplayer formats.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Lucky213 account simultaneously or in sequence after a previous account has been closed.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Lucky213 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying or reproducing any Lucky213 content, distributing Lucky213 content to third parties, reverse engineering any Lucky213 software, or using the Lucky213 name or branding without prior written permission.

Lucky213 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While Lucky213 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy, the following limitations apply:

• Lucky213 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Lucky213 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures or third-party service interruptions outside Lucky213's direct control.
• In the event of a genuine technical error resulting in an incorrect game outcome, Lucky213's liability is limited to refunding the bet amount for the affected round.
• Lucky213 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay. Gambling inherently involves risk and players accept that risk when placing any bet on Lucky213.

Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky213's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Lucky213 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other prohibited activity
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents
• Multi-account activity
• Chargebacks filed against Lucky213
• At the player's own request

On permanent closure of an account for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned through gameplay and not connected to prohibited activity, Lucky213 will endeavour to return it to the player's verified payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Lucky213 account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any genuine balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing.

Lucky213 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Lucky213 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or through an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Lucky213 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must stop using Lucky213 and may request account closure before the amendment date.
